We offer counseling services for individuals and couples living in the state of Nebraska.

We also offer Teletherapy video sessions to those who are residents of Nebraska but may not be able to attend sessions in-person.

Our cash rate are $150 per therapeutic hour (50 minutes), and a limited number of sliding scale options are available.

We are in the process of becoming in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. If you are uncertain if your BCBS plan covers mental health care, please contact them first before making an appointment.

Most insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits which may cover some, or all, of your therapy costs. Please check with your insurance company to confirm your out-of-network benefits.
