  • Zach Lardy, MA, PLMHP

Hi, I’m Zach, and I’m the owner of Kingly Counseling. I am passionate about people and their stories. We were made to be relational, emotional, and meaning makers. When harm happens, either explicit or implicit, our stories can become distorted.

Shame finds a way of telling us who we are, and our bodies, emotions, and identity may bear the weight of the past.

My goal is to be an empathetic and compassionate companion through people’s trauma, shame, and heartache, helping heal and redeem the inherent goodness of their personhood and stories.

I strive to adapt each session to the unique stories, needs, and personalities of each client. I am Level 1 Lifespan Integration trained. I also incorporate trauma-informed Narrative therapy, AEDP, Gospel-Centered Integrated Framework for Therapy (GIFT), Attachment-based interventions, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and DBT to address the unique needs of clients.

When I am not seeing clients, I am recording music, reading books, visiting friends at Archetype Coffee (fun fact- their coffee roster won a Grammy), or hanging with the fam.

Spiritually-Integrated Mental Health Care

At Kingly, we offer therapy to individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, church hurt, relational issues, addiction, grief and loss. Our approach is trauma informed, holistic, integrative, and relational. That simply means that we see people as having a mind, body, and spirit, with each part having intrinsic value and possessing their own unique needs.

Lifespan Integration

Lifespan Integration is helpful for people who have experienced neglect, abandonment, or other trauma. Lifespan Integration (LI) is a gentle method which works from a deep neural level to change patterned responses and outmoded defensive strategies. Lifespan Integration relies on the innate ability of the body-mind to heal itself. Utilizing a variety of protocols, LI integrates past experience and proves to the client’s body-mind system that time has passed. Learn more at www.lifespanintegration.com
